Langbrook Farm is a peaceful slice of heaven just over an hour drive from Melbourne. The property, atmosphere and experience far exceeded our expectations, and the hosts Cathy and Greg are the most welcoming, thoughtful and generous people I have ever come across. If you’re after a recharging and serene getaway, Langbrook Farm has everything you would need and more. The hosts go above and beyond in looking after their guests and the property itself is spacious, private, immaculately clean and fully stocked (with lots of thoughtful snacks and even homemade bread from Cathy!). I would definitely come back to stay longer next time. Thank you so much Cathy especially for taking us to see the little koala!

Hands down the best place I have been for a family farm stay. 2 baby girls spent two nights here and made great memories. Here are a few of the many things that made this place special.
– Spacious farmland with beautiful scenary
– Real wildlife encounters(Koalas, Kangaroos, Eagles)
– Watching a sky full of stars at night by the pool
– Clean and cozy cottage, very well maintained
– Most importantly, the host Cathy was very nice and sincere

Stayed at the cottage before & after my wedding perfect location groomsmen were in an apartment just a short walk away. Super close to our wedding venue, Cathy & Greg super welcoming and accommodating with photographer & makeup artist able to come to the cottage for getting ready! ALSO HOMEMADE LOAF STILL WARM FOR CHECK IN.

Lovely large spacious unit, super clean, had everything we could need, bed was heaven! Cathy and Greg have thought of everything! Instructions to location were super clear. We got to see a koala, visited the cows, watched birds eating and had a dip in the hot tub.

I have just returned from 3 nights at Langbrook. Cathy and Greg are such a warm, friendly and welcoming couple. I felt very taken care of during my stay. The accommodation was very clean, lovely decor and had everything we needed and more. Cathy is such a thoughtful and kind lady. You can tell she really cares for the nature she is surrounded by and the people she meets. She is very knowledgeable about the farm, local area and nearby activities. The pool was beautiful, tennis court was in great condition and there was a new hot tub too. The views are stunning and the sound of the birds in the morning was so good for my soul. I can not recommend Langbrook farm highly enough, if you get a chance and want a warm idyllic countryside getaway with stunning views, excellent facilities hosted by a family who really cares then look not further! Really picturesque place! Located within a farm and lovely modern accommodation. Spacious cottage with everything provided for. We were a family of 4 and the kids loved the toys and games which was an unexpected surprise.  Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Lovely modern shower facilities. Great fireplace with ample firewood thoughtfully supplied. Cosy living room with wide sofa to just lounge in the evening. Was a shame we couldn’t jump into the outdoor pool as it was winter. Greg and Cathy were attentive and helpful hosts and I couldn’t fault a thing. The wide open space for the boys to run around was a great plus point. Would definitely recommend to families and couples.

Cathy and Greg start with the kindness and warmth that you would expect from family. Not only do they set the scene sharing everything you need to know about the region, they genuinely want you to have an enjoyable time. They have struck a gorgeous balance between attentiveness and allowing for space and solitude to reflect and enjoy the facilities and the surrounding countryside and views. Their kind and generous energy filters through every aspect of the stay, from the beautifully freshly baked bread on arrival to the clean and luxurious amenities such as the pool, spa, tennis court and wonderfully equipped kitchen to the pool table and the shelve filled with books, board games and swimming pool toys. They have tried to think of everything but again this is about kind sentiments and luxury that is not pretentious but is meant to facilitate a peaceful reset, which is precisely what this stay did for us. Nothing but gratitude. I wish we stayed longer.

We give the entire experience 11/10!!! Such a delightful villa, views to die for, warm and lovely owners – Cathy and Greg. Right from booking to ensuring we were comfortable before and during our stay, Cathy and Greg went above and beyond. They took the time to meet us, share stories about their farm, provide amazing restaurant recommendations and places to see around Yarra Junction. Breakfast was so satisfying – fruits, milk, cereal, cookies and the highlight – home baked bread straight from their oven. The hot tub with a view of the vineyards and the farm, taking a walk around their farm to greet the cows, the countless birds, appreciating nature… you’re in for a treat at Langbrook Farm. Whether you take the cottage or the one bed villas, you’re sure to have a memorable experience. This is a farm stay to build memories on!
