While there is strictly no smoking indoors, guests are welcome to smoke outdoors and use ashtrays provided. No wild, noisy parties. Cancellation policy – No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. 50% of booking refunded if cancellations made 14 – 28 days before check-in. 75% of booking refunded if cancellations made more than 28 days before check-in.

Less than 7 days notice — loss of 50% of tariff. Less than 24 hours notice — loss of full tariff will occur.

Check-in: 
Check-in time is from 2pm unless otherwise arranged.

Check-out: 
Check-out time is 11am unless otherwise arranged.
